Privacy
Your information. A clear explanation.
Air Theory is a Treadies Pty Ltd brand. This notice explains how information provided through our website and project enquiries is handled. For privacy questions, email sales@airtheory.com.au.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and project information. We use those details to respond, clarify requirements and prepare or manage the agreed project scope. Without suitable contact and project details, we may be unable to respond or quote.
Website and enquiry services
The website uses WordPress.com and Jetpack. Form responses are handled through the website and sent to sales@airtheory.com.au. Technical information such as IP address, browser details and submission time may be processed for operation, security and spam prevention. Akismet may check form submissions for spam. Our hosting and communications providers may process information outside Australia. See Automattic’s privacy information and cookie information for details about their services. We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the website — for example which pages are viewed and whether an enquiry form was submitted successfully. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or message content to Google Analytics. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Access, correction and privacy questions
To ask about information you have provided, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, email sales@airtheory.com.au. Include enough detail for us to identify your enquiry. We may need to confirm your identity before providing information. Do not send identity documents unless an appropriate sharing method has been agreed. We will review your request and contact you about the next step.
Privacy enquiries
For a question about information you have provided to Air Theory, contact sales@airtheory.com.au and describe your request. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents through a general enquiry.
